We at the ABA are at the understanding that all animals are properly represented and all disclosures have been made. We make no warranty as to the animals being free and clear, and urge each seller and purchaser do their diligence to ensure proper exchange of animal and payment.
For more information on the animal being advertised we encourage you to contact the owner whose information is on the ad. Anyone caught misrepresenting or not following through on promise of payment will be subject to ABA disciplinary action.
To advertise animals you must first be a member, submit your ad details and fees, and it will then be sent for approval. Once approved, the ad will be posted. The ABA reserves the right to refuse any ad.
